About These Terms
This website is operated by HARBORSTONE GOODS LLC under the store name Stowvellan.
These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information about those topics.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Using Our Store
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.
Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person's rights.
Products and Product Information
We sell automotive organization, storage, and travel accessories.
Read the dimensions, materials, package contents, and use instructions for each item before ordering. Vehicle and footwear compatibility depend on the space and shape available. A general product category does not mean an item fits every vehicle or every shoe.
Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Product images may show scene props that are not included. The product description identifies what is supplied.
Images do not replace the stated specifications or your legal rights if goods are not as described.
Use organization products only for their stated purposes. They are not vehicle safety restraints unless a product is expressly described and supported as such.
Do not position accessories where they interfere with pedals, steering, gear selection, seat movement, seat belts, airbags, or the driver's view. Secure cargo appropriately before driving.
Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Prices may change for future purchases. We do not change the agreed price of an accepted order without your consent.
Orders and Availability
Submitting an order authorizes payment using your selected method. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.
Orders remain subject to payment verification, availability, and acceptance.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items, including applicable delivery charges when the entire order is canceled.
If a material pricing or description error affects your order, we will explain it and give you the choice of proceeding on corrected terms or canceling the affected item for a refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Shipping, Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Orders normally process in 1–2 business days, with estimated standard transit of 5–8 business days after shipment.
Standard shipping costs $3.00 for orders under $50.00 and is free for orders of $50.00 or more, calculated after discounts and before tax or shipping. Delivery is within the United States.
Eligible return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days after delivery. Return shipping and standard exchange replacement shipping are free.

Website Content and Third-Party Services
Our branding and original website content are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. Buying an item does not transfer rights to reproduce our branding, images, or written content.

Our store uses Shopify to support online commerce. Separate third-party services or external links may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
These terms do not reduce our responsibility for fulfilling orders placed with Stowvellan.
