Where We Deliver

Stowvellan offers delivery within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Available delivery options for your address are displayed at checkout.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $50.00: $3.00 standard shipping.
• Orders of $50.00 or more: Free standard shipping.

The free-shipping threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes or shipping. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Your delivery charge is shown before you place your order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed and the delivery information is complete.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery is estimated to take 5–8 business days after shipment.

Processing and transit are separate. The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is 6–10 business days.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and address issues can affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will notify you, provide an updated shipment estimate where available, and offer the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund. We will not require you to accept store credit for an unshipped order.

Order Tracking

We will send shipment confirmation and tracking information to the email address associated with your order.

Carrier tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Contact us if tracking information is missing or does not progress as expected.

Delivery Address and Delivery Issues

Check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after shipment.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, returned to the sender, or marked delivered but cannot be located, email us with your order number.

We will help investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. We do not automatically deny assistance solely because tracking shows a delivery scan.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligible returns and exchanges have free return shipping within the United States. We also cover standard shipping of eligible exchange replacements.
